  • Do I need to train with a power meter to sign up for personalized coaching?

    Although using a power meter to record your power output during training (and racing) will give us the very best insights into your level of fitness and effort/intensity during training, our experienced coaches are able to make-do with a combination of boat speed from a GPS watch and beats-per-minute from a heart-rate monitor.
